According to Joe Frisaro, Cespedes would be a Free Agent on January 15, once he will be a Free Agent the marlins will battle for the Cespesdes sweepstakes, realistic number tosign him would be a 4 year deal and in a $40 - $60 million, and he will be again a free agent when he is 30.The Yankees and Red Sox are interested but if he's to price is alot they probably not get him.
The Nationals are also another team interested in on Cespedes, but if they sign Prince Fielder before Yoenis becomes a Free Agent the will not try to sign him.
The Real Battle would be the marlins vs Tigers to get Cespedes when he's a FA.
